Public offer (terms of service)

1. Parties and subject

The Provider supplies the Customer (a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur) with a service for sending confirmation codes (OTP) and bulk messages via Telegram through an API. Creating an account or using the API constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. Plans and payment

• Plans, limits and prices are published on tasdiqid.uz and in the dashboard.
• The monthly subscription and usage above the limit are paid at the beginning of each month based on an invoice for the previous month.
• Payment is due within 10 days of the invoice date. If overdue, the service may be temporarily suspended.

3. Customer obligations

• send messages only to its own users and with their consent; do not distribute spam or advertising;
• keep API keys secret and rotate them immediately if they leak;
• offer users a fallback method (SMS, email) in case a code is not delivered.

4. Provider obligations

• make reasonable efforts to provide the service without interruption; SLA terms are set separately in the relevant plan;
• protect personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and the law;
• give advance notice of planned maintenance.

5. Liability

Message delivery depends on the Telegram platform. The Provider is not liable for messages not delivered due to outages on the Telegram side, the user blocking the bot, or the user’s device being switched off; such cases are reported via the API and webhooks.

6. Term and termination

The terms apply from the moment of acceptance. Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
